Stayed here with a couple of friends, and although we went during off peak season the hotel was incredibly accommodating. Staff were great and welcoming, assistant manager was extremely supportive and helpful with all our requests. I had lost my necklace at the spa, when the next morning the lovely lady that was running the in hotel spa came looking for me to ensure my items were returned. If I ever visit Mahmutlar again I will definitely be staying here, oh and their bar is literally 24 hrs unlike many all inclusive which close early. Ramp your cocktails are amazing mate!

We had amazing holiday in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and trying their best, room is lovely and spacious, food was nice. The hotel area is perfect, it’s not too big but has everything on site. Pool area is amazing, our kids loved it.Special thank you to entertainment team, they all doing amazing job, my son enjoyed spending time with Murat, he is just a cool dude and knows how to make your holiday better. Honestly we would definitely come back, it’s the first hotel that left such a nice memories. Good job Grand Santana, thank you so much!!
